Sonko`s misery continues.

The former Governor of Nairobi Mike Mbuvi well known as Sonko , it seems his miseries aren’t coming to an end anytime soon. This is after the High Court declined to postponed his graft of 357 million.

The embattled governor was charged alongside two directors of Web Tribe who later become state witnesses.

The former city hall boss, petitioned the move claiming the two cannot be witnesses as they were suspected to be accomplices in the corruption case.

However, the High Court dismissed Sonko`s petition in which the politician sought to have the matter suspended hearing and dermination of the petition.

Judge James Wakiaga , in his ruling noted that Sonko did not demonstrate how he will suffer prejudice should the proceedings continue.
