Police are investigating claims that a patient died after jumping from the tenth floor of his ward in Nairobi’s Pangani area.
Samuel Kuria, 37, had been admitted to Radiant Hospital, he jumped from the 10th floor and landed on the roof of the fourth floor dying minutes later.
The body was moved to the mortuary pending autopsy and further investigations.
Nairobi regional police commander Adamson Bungei said a team of detectives had visited the private hospital as part of the probe into the incident.
He said they are yet to establish the motive for the same.
