Francis Luchivya, Milele FM host is in a paternity test row with his former lover Patience Khasoa.The two dated since2019 before she was expectant and delivered in 2020.
Luchvya supported her with the pregnancy until he noticed his name was not on the birth notifications. The two are now on war.
Luchivya stands on his ground saying he will only provide once the paternity results are done. The presenter through his lawyers demanded a DNA test be undertaken at place and time of his choice.
Luchivya lawyers are advocating that the test be done by 28th so that the presenter can resume his responsibilities or stop with immediate effect.
