Senior counsel Ahmednasir Abdullahi has sarcastically faulted Kenyans for criticizing His Excellency president Uhuru Kenyatta over the foreign loans that continue to trickle in as billions of taxpayers’ money are stolen under his watch hence making life unbearable for the local citizens
Over the weekend Kenyans took to social media to protest the massive borrowing that the current government has recorded.
This happened after the IMF board approved the country’s request on Friday of a loan of sh 255 billion.
Kenya’s debts continue to accumulate after the borrowing of 1 trillion in the past 9 months which is said the loans end up to be squandered in worthless causes or dissipated by individuals.
According to the city lawyer the loans are never for citizens’ benefits but for the political class and their activities.
