The first growing university, Mount Kenya University (MKU) has been doing much to show its authority in the field of medicine.
Buying the Polymerase Chain Reaction machine makes MKU the first university in Kenya to acquire such a costly machine. The real time machine is said to be useful in testing for covid 19.

“Ours is a commitment to the student population and the society at large that we want to ensure we can test all our students for the virus, at any time.”
