Jimmy Bageye exit Nairobi City Stars

It is not a surprise as the striker calls Kawangware his home, he shall suddenly make a comeback since this is not the first time he’s left the club.  The stoic striker joined the side in 2009 and has since left on multiple occasions featuring for Gor Mahia, AFC Leopards, Bandari, ZSL side Napsa Stars among others in between. 

Until yesterday, the bad boy is the fourth top scoring striker having scored 23 goals in 130 KPL appearances in seven seasons. The club’s top scorer is Francis Thairu and Justus Basweti (27) followed by Arthur Museve (25).

Currently, Calvins Masawa, the skipper, is the longest serving player of the Jonathan Johnson Foundation-sponsored team.
