Hii Tool Ya Facebook itakuhelp kusell your skills

Kuna design unaezasell skills zako pale facebook na unetwork na potential clients. Ata usipowahi kazi iko na mukuchu, at least utabuild a huge network. Plus, it is a win for you.

Fellow Kenyans (insert voice ya orezoo), I am here kuwachanua on how unawezaburudika mtandaoni and at the same time unasell brand yako. Facebook ni one of the largest online communities, ikicommand kitu 1.82 billion active users daily na 2.7 billion users monthly. With these numbers, ukiwa na the right tools at hand, utaweza kujimarket vipoa na kufikia a bigger audience, and what’s good ni ati hii unaezafanya ata kama umelala kwa mkeka.

Hii tool iko tu pale Facebook. Na I will take you through, kwa kipole tu.

But first things first. Sometime ago, nimekuwa nikisaka small business owners, wenye wanataka content creator. Nilipost facebook “I am looking for five business owners that I can create written content for their Facebook pages. The content will be fun, engaging and informative. I will do the Facebook posts for free and if you love it, we can engage further.

Then, after 24 hours, I realized engagement ya io post ilikuwa down sana. Normally, huwa sipromote content yangu, ju most of the time ni vitu funny tu nimepost. So I decided to use this tool. Hii nayo iliweza vilivyo. Post ilireach mamjamaa wengi na ata 36 people walikuwa wamerespond.

Kuna segment Fulani hapo facebook inaitwa, ‘jobs.’ Basically what happens here ni, employers hupost jobs using their Facebook pages, then facebook users, wenye ni potential employees, wanapply. Some employers watakushoo uwacontact while others wataindicate utume CV yako.

Now, mimi niliturn things around, na nikasema acha nijaribu kupost a skill nione kama nitapata jobs. Once you create a job, unaspecify the charges. Kuna tu option ya ‘per hour.’Kuna pia part ya description. Sasa hapa, weka skills zako. Be very specific na service unaprovide. For example, mimi ni writer, so niliweka ‘assignment writer.”

But even with that, I got wrong responses. You know why? Sikuspecify the job title. So what you need to do ni, uspecify job title, na uialign na description. This was my description: “You could be struggling with your work (writing related) assignments. You’re busy. I know you’re thinking copy pasting and all, but your employer tells you, “we don’t do that here.” I am the guy who will help you do the assignments and turn them in with 72 hours. This includes necessary corrections. I’ll also send a plagiarism report.”

Now, see attached screenshot, I received a lot of job applications. Truth is, ni mimi nilikuwa naaaplly for a job. So io ni kitu ya kulook out for ukiwa unapost skills zako as well as the description. Lazima ugonge mzumari kwa chwaki.

One other thing, before upost kwa ‘jobs’ unafaa ukuwe umefanya building and construction ya your official Facebook page. Kama hauna, haitake long kuunda. Ni kama kuvaa boxer.

Otherwise, nikisepa io design, I wish you a happy hustle. Cha msingi ni ufike ile level ya kuomoka. Tumia social media vipoa umake sure haitake a lot from you na unaget nothing. Kuwa mless wa utiaji na mbiggy wa hacks za kusurvive tough times.
