FIFA has banned AFC Leopards from signing new players. This after Ingwe failed to comply with a 45-day ultimatum issued earlier this year requiring them to settle sh 1.8b million debt owed to Rwandan midfielder Vincent Habamohoro. The ban will be uplifted the moment the issue is readdressed to satisfaction of all parties involved.
